New queue doesn't adequately prioritize role preference

Of my last 14 games the new queue has assigned me my primary role 6 times. This is frankly unacceptable for there to be such a huge amount of games in which anyone does not get their primary role.

The best options in my opinion would be to either dramatically increase the weight of a person's primary role, or give us the option of queuing as any number of roles, including just one. I'd much rather play as jungle than any other role, and would rather play with people who are on their best position.
