Flex queue is "new" and i dont think it counted your solo/duo mmr as a hard factor if it even did at all. So people are all going to be thrown in to a jumble.
Yeah, it just isn't sorted yet. As far it's concerned, everyone is unranked, it seems. It does make for some extremely lopsided games though.
