How strong are the vayne nerfs?

I was just playing a game against a vayne. I got fed from bad ganks and mid lane as Yasuo. So late game comes im full build. Pd, ninja tads, mortal reminder, ga, i.e., bloodthirster, and elixir. I'm fighting her, Shenwould heal over half health every hit. Turn invisible every second attack. She would near one hit me even with everything's I had. She had no skill, but the pure bs of vayne was so hard core. I was 29/17 am did she was 17/8 something. I'm hoping they hit her super hard. She was meltingly myself entire team with no effort.
