Hi grandpa
ayy lmao
Well you see, Fiora has high, high attack speed when you get her E, and her W blocks the attacks of the monster camps. This gives her high monster camp clearing time, and also her Q has a great gank potential.
I don't really play Yi, so I don't know what to say about him. He has a heal, allowing him to stay in the jungle longer then others.

Bruuh, have you even tried
mid?
Yi has 258 mana at level 1. His q, Alpha strike costs him 80 mana, 1/3rd of his mana pool. Doesn't help that the mana costs scales as you level it up.
His "sustain" has a 35 second cooldown that doesn't reduce in levels.
Granted, his 'e' costs no mana. But compared to
, Yi gives up his passive attack damage steroid when he activates it.
His ulti does 0 damage on it's own.
pretty much gets a master Yi ulti PERMANENTLY, as she levels her ulti.
Now, you say you main Yi mid, and I've lolkinged you. True, you do seem to be doing well with
in mid lane, but ever faced anybody who mains these guys

Too much range/cc/harass for Yi to ever cs, Yi is a very niche pick, a LOT more than
. In that you either own lane or feed incontrollably. Yi has VERY little damage without any of these items
.
I'm telling you this cause, i tried Yi top and came across
. Never again, will i take Yi top lane. Granted, I beat a
mid with the level 2 cheese, but that was because he underestimated Yi's damage. At higher up, people will just poke Yi to death.
Honestly, making
manaless would make him viable in mid, as he can somewhat sustain the poke and harass his lane opponents.
Btw, you mentioned Scarra. Scarra isn't that "good" of a midlaner in the professional scene.
I ask my self the same thing just a game or two ago.
