Veigar's R -NEEDS- counterplay. It is a MUST.

There is ZERO, I repeat...ZERO reason why a Veigar should be first blooded, be down 1 or 2 levels, and have 100 CS and proceed to ONE SHOT my entire team with his R and W. I actually died in 0.07 seconds because of this. ZERO. POINT. ZERO. SEVEN. SECONDS.

My. Word.

I would be COMPLETELY fine with this if I could actually do something about it instead of "Don't fall below X HP." But the thing is, he doesn't even NEED you to fall below X HP because it just does so much damage. You can literally half health someone at FULL HP with the ability alone. And it only scales even more the lower HP you are and the longer the game goes.

I don't understand how one can actually be rewarded for being so behind and only increasing in reward in the off chance they get ahead.

Entire team?...His ult is single target, and if the game went on long enough for him to one shot your entire team with a W, the problem isn't his point and click ult. If he's behind, you need to keep him behind and end the game as quickly as possible. He's like Nasus. You don't want the game to go long enough for him to farm and get strong.

Zhonyas will cancel his ult and Banshees will make sure you dont get stunned.

He has a trash early game and a good mid-late game.

The champ is working as intended. He is very short range so if you misplay, get caught in his stun, and eat his rotation, you deserve what you get

I play a lot of veigar/syndra when i play mid. Veigar has a terrible early game. Bait the stun and all in because he isnt going to be able to do much without stun. As for late game, the 1100 AP veigar is going to one shot you if you have not built for it. Any assasin renders him useless because he is immobile. The only way hes going to be a problem if as a mid laner, you did not build banshees veil. as an adc, if you are out of position before hes dead. Let the assasin or tank kill him. Health is better than MR when dealing with him due to his scaling damage on his ult

item 3111 -> for less stun duration on tanks. Delete him before he has a chance to delete you
