I'd argue that using teemo in any elo above bronze is a lot more challenging than using diana. But other than that, yeah, true.

They already have. They are implementing a simplified system to replace those ratings. Three points, that's all.

pretty sure when A. Sol came out his dificulty rating was like 2 or 3, they changed it the next patch tho

Isn't difficulty if you play against them? Not if you play as them?

Playing against Tryndamere is pretty hard, so i playing against Nasus or Teemo, if you don't know what you're doing.

as a lvl 6 RekSai she is pretty braindead easy to play she has been absolutely gutted, so even if you are lvl 6 mastery with her you still cant win... but... she is still easy. now she is just easy AND worthless..

makes me sad because i was 1 token away from lvl 7. now i wont get that on her until they fix her becuase they are still comparing me to before she was gutted.. and there is no way get anywere near an "S" when I am being compared to how she was when she was good..
