Raptor Cloak and Top Lane

Ever since Ignite has returned as a strong option in the toplane meta, I've begun playing champions with strong sustain options and particularly liking HP regen as a stat. I've been playing mostly and I think suits the new meta a lot. It gives a shitton of HP regen and armor and a strong speed-up near turrets.

Zz'Rot Portal feels good for several reasons:

1. it strengthens roams and map presence to partially make up for the lack of TP;
2. it provides both resistances whereas most of the toplane itemizations favors health ( );
3. It allows to have pushing potential even when not being phisically in a lane (again, something to make up for the lack of TP)
