WalkingInACircle1 votesI think some people are really overrating what that WotA change is going to do. They do realize the % dropped right? And minions, who are the primary targets for sustain, will be giving less than ever. Meanwhile it's only an advantage on champs that were blocking more than 25% of your damage with mr, when most champs have between 50-100 mr and 25 mpen is staple on any mage with pen marks and sorc shoes. Several squishies sport just 42 MR, basically 17. And Swain, you already either ignite him, buy Morello's, or stay the hell away from him anyway.
