if you have a leaver and you need to remake
just give everyone 50 be and exp except the leaver its not like its enough to incentivize leavers and it at least makes it feel less shit. Also make the timer last 5 minutes.

Why downvote there's no downside it just makes the 10+ minute syou have to wait including q time champ select loading screen and 3 minutes feel like less of a waste of time. It is not enough of a "reward" for anyone to actually do it.
