Remove pre 30 from the game.

Just flat out remove leveling to 30. You finish the tutorial play one of each bot modes then you play 5 normals and you get 40k blue essence and 2k RP. Boom now you have about as much BE as you would get with free champs and every level to 30. This would solve account selling, trolling cause i don't care. Then become far harsher on afkers and trolls you can prevent the well i don't care ill make a new account and be lv 30. Before anyone says people will start getting toxic you'd still lose your skins which is the same deterrent as now so it really doesn't matter.

Make it so you cannot use the 2k rp for sending gifts though.
