Mages are stronger then assassins yet people still whine about assassins?

Assassins don't do so hot in this current meta yet people still whine about them.

Sure a or is going to kill you if you run into their jungle and try 1v1 them.

But would you rather have a assassin who does nearly nothing in a teamfight unless ridiculously fed or a who can shred the enemy team with AOE?

I mean you see Bjergsen get fed on in the NA LCS final and do jackshit because Ahri doesn't have the same DPS as a mage.

Cry more assassins hating scrubs

It's different to die to a mage than it is to die to an assassin though. It just feels fundamentally different. Die to a mage? You probably got hit by a skillshot CC or something and then got blown up because they're fed. Die to a fed Zed? Well, just make sure you stay 1000 units away from him at all times for the rest of the game... One gives you options for the rest of the game to try to do better. One does not and forces you into building what may well be non-optimal items.

With mages, it's almost always your fault if you got caught by their abilities. I'd can also say this with some assassins, but some feel extremely cheap to fight against (lb, zed, etc.)
