For all those who hate Dynamic queue and want Solo queue

When I get home from work and find myself browsing the boards, I usually find a ton of upvoted posts about how crappy dynamic queue is and how suddenly bad this whole game and its community has gotten because of it. What follows next is a paragraph about how this isn't what we wanted and how Solo Queue is the answer to all the issue we are having right now...

I think the only issues solo queue actually solves is playing with premades and showing individual skill, this is the least of our worries right now. The prime focus of complaints should be towards the crappy new player experience (so many smurfs...), a new tutorial with loads of more information, getting rid of toxic players and creating a more friendly environment among players, getting our voices heard on balance issues that are plaguing the game right now and so on...

I get it, Dynamic Queue is frustrating when you get matched with a premade or lose at unfair odds, but don't you think things like toxicity and the horrible player experience (issues we've had for years) need to be dealt with first?
