When are they comming to live? I like the changes :D I usedbto main Veigar in season 3 and it was amazing how easy he was for a person who didn't know how to play the game. He still is strong w.o dfg. His ult is a mini dfg. I'm glad he actually has a high skill cap now. It really wasn't a nerf.

"Mini dfg". No. His ult is still the exact same damage it was before (actually less scaling wise because it lost .2 scaling, but his Q makes up for that somewhat), but it is NOT a dfg. DFG did %enemy max hp and increased all magic damage dealt to that champion by 20%. Veigars ult does not do %max hp damage or increase all magic damage done to that target; the only thing it shares with dfg is doing magic damage.

"High skill cap". Not really. Landing his E and surviving early game used to be Veigars skill cap; as such, his skill was mostly measured in how good the Veigar was with his stun. His stun suddenly taking .75 seconds to appear doesn't increase his skillcap; it just removes any reliable escape/engage he had and makes his W nonexistant.

"Wasn't a nerf". ...You never played Veigar for real, right? His W CANNOT reliably land on anyone unless they have been hard CC'd; it losing some cost and cooldown DOES NOT help when you cannot ever hit someone with it. At best in a teamfight you MIGHT land his W on someone who isn't looking. If you are really lucky, the entire enemy team won't notice your giant E indicator and move, and if that happens you MIGHT be able to land a W and ult!

Yes, Q was generally buffed. W was lightly buffed. R got cost decrease (and I think cooldown decrease) but lost some scaling. And his E, his only CC and way of catching/escaping someone, went from instant to .75 second delay, meaning your W is non existent except against minions.

Well I play almost every mid laner mage so especially in cluttered team fights it is easy to hit his w.

Damn this community complains too much. #IAmOptimistic Its just my opinion. I have played hin without dfg and didnt need to land me W to kill people (squishy). ps: By a mini dfg I meant it shreds ppl similarly to dfg
