Lissandra passive idea ( Ice Barrier )

I kinda like Riot's version too, however that doesn't really suit her playstyle at all. Here is my suggestion:

**Ice Barrier **

Every 40-22 seconds ( based on level ) Lissandra is surrounded by an Ice Barrier. The shield blocks 20% ( +5%/ 100 AP ) damage and sends the damage blocked back to the attacker. The cooldown is reduced by 2 second every time Lissandra applies crowd control to enemy with her abilities.

I think this would help her in the laning phase a lot. It would help her against ranged enemies she struggles against, and it would also help her trades with assassins.
