Gives you less freedom. Gives you less options for strategy. Yeah, it can be annoying in some matchups. Yeah your teammate should know that jungling isn't an effective strat in urf generally speaking.
But spamming challenging smite in lane is ok.
It's easier to 1v2 in urf than it is in norms. At least in urf, you can spam abilities and get farm
