@Meddler, You are nerfing Talon's Q. That's fine. Can we get some context because Ahri still exist.
Talon is actually in a rather average place after the mastery nerfs and small nerfs to the lethality items so why are you nerfing him after everything has settled?
Personally I would like to discuss how Talon is seen as nerf worthy by the balance team for his performance in midlane but Ahri who has over 4 times his pick rate with a slightly higher winrate is fine because that seems a little odd to be nerfing anyone in mid lane that isn't Ahri since this nerf is clearly for solo queue.
Is internal testing showing something the rest of us aren't seeing because for a generalist pick like Ahri to be this good for this long the Riot of old would have nuked her from orbit.
