Doesn't the Zed nerf just lower his skill cap without touching his skill floor?

I mean it does nothing for the bronze and silver Zed players who ult in and smash their keyboard and their active buttons and then port out 2-3 seconds later. What it does is make it harder for people to make creative use of the his ult shadow to dodge CC and limits a lot of his "outplay" potential to his W shadow.

Not to mention nerfing him when the near perma-banned are far more dominant and he struggles to get past 46-47% winrate across all ELO's (even Plat+ where he is supposedly broken).

But I guess we need more faceroll champions like instead of stuff with skill caps like .
