How to counter/play vs Heimer?

I'm not saying he's op, but how do I play vs this midget, cancer giving, pos planting turrets everywhere so when I gank this !@#$er he gets a free double?

Syndra for one. Throw a turret on top of another and Q it. Both turrets are dead.

Just focus on farming against him, and try to kill the correct turrets in order to setup ganks or possible kills.

Kha doesnt stand a chance ganking Heimer dunno why you add the second option;pp Anything with high range waveclear can deal with him altho the lane isnt gonna be fun its just an afk push fest

If you can get 1-2 successful ganks with the help of the jungler and keep up somewhat well with CS then you should be able to solo kill him with that sort of lead (at least with most bursty mid lane champions).

I generally play

Ryze, Yasuo and kassadin in the mid lane though. My jungler sometimes ganks but gives him a double.
