I think mid lane will be mostly assassins like Yas or a few select ap who can fight ADC. I really think top and mid lane will also start to see more ADC champions like Kindred, Vayne, Graves, Corki, and Quinn. With the new camp in top lane, it will be extremely beneficial for top lane to get early turret for early seige

I'm not in the pro scene but I really think games will be about getting top early to get that buff so that teams can get to seige mid and not even quicker.

Jungle I think will still be the mostly be successful with bruisers.

And it really think a lot of nerfs to happen to adc after that

They buffed every role but mages. So I think that AD Assassins and ADCs should steamroll

Depending on how it roes out, mages or assassins may be the next class reworked.
