Seriously. Where is it?

He does NO damage. His base stats are trash. He isn't tanky. His ult is a crappy version of any point and click CC(Crappy because it literally requires Flash) His W is a crappy Sion shield. His E is a crappy short range slow His Q is like slapping Dwayne Johnson in the face with overcooked spaghetti

To make matters worse If you don't believe me... just go test this yourself Taric with a full support build, can 1v1 a full build Skarner. Take zero damage in doing so, and completely smash Skarners face.

Who is in charge of this dumpster fire, zero functionality, low stat pos champion?

Did you build Tri Force? that's kinda essential on him, as for his ult just build some movement speed, you can drag any unsuspecting carry into your team to fuck them up, while i do believe skarner does need changes as his spire passive is quite meh imo, you gotta play around it though if you wanna be successful on him, force fights around drake/baron

His power budget is in his passive. It's a very situational and horribly designed passive but it gives him lots of free stats. His ultimate is one of the single best tools to secure kills with and oftentimes can be the only reason both ADC and Midlane is forced to buy QSS. His shield lasts forever, grants mobility and is one of the shields with the highest HP scaling in the game. His E is a piercing slow that becomes rather large later on and turns your auto attacks into stuns. His Q may seem bad at first but the damage it deals over the course of a fight is rather sizeable.

It was in his AP ratios, but Rito nerfed them to the ground 3 days after the juggernaut rework so now he is shitty in every single aspect (even in CC, you can have all the CC in the world but if you don't have a reliable way to use it, then it's useless)
