Should tower executions cause higher death timers?

I feel the way tower executions work currently don't work punish player enough for dying to enemy towers. Choosing between dying to the enemy team or their tower are both pretty bad choices but there will be times when those are basically your only option. By getting executed to your opponent's tower though you end up denying the enemy gold and possibly experience. Players should get a longer death timer for being executed by enemy towers since using your opponent's towers against them in this manner doesn't seem like a fair gameplay mechanic. This way players have to think twice if the longer death timer is worth running towards an opposing tower and getting executed.

If you can get to the enemy tower without them touching you, then you deserve to deny them gold.

Uh no.. its a strategical tactic that shouldn't be punished.

No, I don't think executions should result in a higher death timer.
Execution is, like you said, a tactic to deny the enemy team gold when you can't get out alive and already uses up more time than just dying to them.
We shouldn't punish players for making a tactical decision.

No. In order to be executed, you have to run to a tower (which takes time), outrun the enemy (which takes speed and tactics), and not get hit by them (which takes jukes and speed and time). If you get executed, they don't deserve the gold.

Maybe I wasn't clear about it but I wasn't against the denying of gold part, however using an oppoents tower as a means of "escape" should have some sort of negative consequence, a higher death timer is just my suggestion to make trying to escape alive a bigger incentive
