DrCyanide2 votesIf someone really wants to play a new/reworked champion they should queue up for Blind Pick. You can't be banned and you can't be denied by the enemy team, making you more than 2x as likely to play them over your teammates.
"But call order!" is countered out by everyone trying the champion every position. You know there are people trying to make Talon Jungle work, so even if you get Mid it doesn't mean you'll be able to play him.

DrCyanide1 votesThat's your choice. Personally, Blind Pick is my favorite mode, especially this year since pretty much all the instalockers moved over to Draft Pick.

Plus even if it is normals, it is still a competitive game that people want to win. Yeah, it's the place to practice and try new things, but that doesn't mean it's not for trying to win still.
