Jungle enchantments
I am a fairly new player, and not a great player at that, I play jungle quite a bit, and lately I have been noticing a few things both about my building habits that I have found effective, and the building habits of the people I play against at the lower levels.
Devourer's seems to be the "top dog" among Jungle items. Cinderhulk's constant changes seems to have made it stronger then Devourer's at early game, but not MUCH stronger, and since both items are largely built around the same time frame into the match the only time it has advantage is for the time it takes for the devourer to stack to 30, which isnt much, and each step of the way the gap closes more and more on the cinderhulk, and once it hits it... bye bye the huge leap in power pushes devourer's way ahead. further the champ using cinderhulk has built a tank item as his earliest item so he is unable to rely just on his own damage to make successful ganks happens, and of course at my play level if I am playing with people as skilled as me (meaning not) that just doesnt seem to happen.
The interesting thing though about this is when we get into late game, and the power starts to shift a little back to Cinderhulk. Its this odd thing where Devourer's seems to be weak for a short time while Cinder is strong in early game when Devourer is not sated, then devourer's gets sated and there is a huge spike in power and it easily over takes cinder for a time, until cinder player builds more items and then Cinder starts to catch back up again as I actually think it still scales a little better with health items then devourer's does with other items (mostly BotRK) since there are only so many strong items it interacts with.
I havent mentioned Warrior or Runegaive in this for 2 reasons.

I dont really know any AP Jungle champs that I would want Runeglaive on... If people can make suggestions there may be a new champ for me to be interested in playing which is always fun for me.

Why the heck would I EVER take Warriors over Devourer's..... 40 AD + 10 armor pen + 10% CD reduction vs 50% AS + 30 Magic Damage on hit that goes up as I farm AND when topped out doubles OTHER on hit effects so it can have fun stacks with all other kinds of awesome items.... Right off the bat, its 40 Ad with armor pen and CD Reduction vs FIFTY PERCENT attack speed buff and 30 magic damage on hit. One its magic damage so at this point I am already laughing a little at the person building armor going.. that's cute here eat my magic damage on hit so I dont really care much about the armor pen differences, 30 damage vs 40 damage isnt much different let me do 1 round of jungle camps it will be neglegible damage, CD Reduction is alright, but I have never felt like that could make or break me, maybe again that is the whole dont play the right champs for that, and then 2 comes the whopping 50% attack speed which already stacks so well with other on hit effecits so add all comparisons between 40 AD and 10 Armor pen vs 30 Magic damage (which can go up to 60) and then 50% attack speed vs 10% cd reduction.... I will take the attack speed thank you. Who uses warrior? I used to use it back when Devourer didnt double the on hit effects of other items when I felt the need to pick up other items before my enchantment because of something going on in game, thus I knew I would not get much stacks on the old devourers to have it make a difference, but now the difference between the 2 wasnt huge at the start to begin with and once its stacked I just dont see any reason why I would ever want warriors over any other enchantment.
I am sure people can set me straight but TL;DR Jungle enchantments seem Devourer>Cinder> Runeglaive?> Warrior= why have it?
