MS quints removed, buffed ludens
specifically its MS. mid laners have never had to sit this far back to avoid the rampant out of combat assassins before, its pretty redonkulous.

Take celerity? It is basically the same as having movespeed quints.
Not all mages use it so why buff it?
What mages even used those runes besides vlad
Everyone who generally took MS quints lost it, not just the AP ones. There are movement speed sources in the new runes, so if you need more speed you'll get it like the rest of us.
As a salty juggernaut main this is just the way it is.
Celerity is my favorite rune. Try it out it is ridiculously strong.
