Yeah, but he has to get directly beside you to one shot you and his only reliable way of doing that is through teammates or landing his Q, which is incredibly inconsistent.

Haha, very funny. You can just jump away from him now. Plus, you can't go full tank Cho'Gath and one shot people. You need AP. He's an AP Juggernaut, not a tank.

That's the problem. He goes tanky ap and becomes unkillable while 1-shotting everything in sight. He needs a nerf.

Either he's resistant to your type-- buy pen-- or you're building jugg against him-- get health shred.

Cho'gath is anything but 'one-shotting' material, his shout is short range, his spikes protracted and his ult is melee range.

If Cho'gath is busting your balls, you should spend a game laning and baiting out his Qs. Without landing that Q, anyone with a range advantage can happily trade. He doesn't have very safe farm and relies on it a lot to sustain, too, so you can push him into an awkward position with that.
