which are justified in several situations. She is just very confusing to play against (only slightly unfair because of that waveclear) which people don't like. And in higher elos waveclear and her damage are extremely good.

Why? Because she's pretty much the Ahri's assassin-mage deal except Ahri is 60% mage while LeBlanc is 60% assassin. And Ahri is also strong because of it.

at least leblanc gives you the chance to dodge her chain that oneshot you atm (and getting nerfed on pbe) Syndra presses R and deletes a frontline that isn't a full tank champ like rammus

I've played her a couple times. Basically in exchange for her having to wait for her new passive, she does like a billion damage.

And that's only a slight exaggeration. I've seen LB literally blow someone up with just her E and passive

i tihnk it has one of biggest burst ,i saw adc`s getting 3k dmg from 3 abilities of leblanc lets say talon ,cant possibly ever do that 3k dmg with all their rotation.

her numbers are really overtuned, and she can actually waveclear now, in most 1v1 situations she actually has less counterplay than she had before.

I searched some guides for combos, and indeed she has super high damage. But you're wrong, she certainly has more counterplay now. It just takes her more time to deal the same damage.

it takes longer for hrer to proc her dmg, yes, but she can nearly instant kill squishies with her E alone, which doesn't really sound counterable as the tether range is super long, you can't even flash out of a max range chain.

Actually now you can flash out of it easier, as it no longer slows. I think that the tether range was slightly lowered too. Now you must be talking of a very specific 1 vs 1 scenario, because any old leblanc would just QRW your face and kill you.

the tether ranged was not lowered, it just shows you the tether range indicator now, and trust me flash doesn't help much unless the leblanc is stupid.

Certainly, after all you are speaking of one on ones. But if I want to kill you on the mid lane and you have 2 allies approaching, I will try to stay as far away as possible. Sometimes people don't realize that they could break the tether because I'm struggling to avoid any fatal cc.

Dude, LB is broken right now lol. No champ gets 60% ban rate without being broken. She has no real counterplay at all tbh.
