There are a lot of things she straight up does not function against.

That 53.4% is partially because people are stupid enough to have no MR in their runepage, and not buy a Negatron vs her early.

You don't do that against any other champion. That fact that you have to do it against Annie screams broken.

Vs all of these you generally need to do the same unless they feed early.

Xerath might be the only one there that its not completely necessary.
