its overkill for zed Q to be gimped in Multi target and multi shuriken.

you really aren't rewarding us for landing multiple skillshots here. Q damage is reduced by 25% if you hit the same target multiple Qs. and his Q does reduced damage if it hits multiple targets. thats overkill.

you don't want him to waveclear easy. fine. but can you at least remove the damage reduction off champions at least? am fine with its damage reduced through minions. but not champions. its a hard skillshot to lane. 1 Q is too weak because of the base damage nerfs + scaling nerfs. again 90% bonus ad scaling (one of the weakest scaling abilities in the game with bonus ad) and its his main source of damage. and now we're reducing lethality items ad. and getting few lethality. which is inferior to ad as that is at least useful early game.
