For the whole year. Most of these buffs are stupid and make no sense at all.

personally i love the kled buff, finally having a way to hit 100% healing reduction against mundo/darius/vlad will be nice

you forgot Aatrox who's healing can become problematic later in the game.

as for the rest i don't know why they want to buff Renekton against shields, maybe so he can fight some tanks better? but that seems dumb, as they just stack armor and then laugh at his pathetic attempts to do any dmg.

as for the blitz buff, i once again don't know. at the moment Thresh and Pyke are picked over blitz because they have more utility to offer instead of just ''catch one guy and lock him down and pray it inst the enemies' initiator'' giving him more MS in return for becoming a LITERAL sitting duck does NOT seem worth it.

either way, balance has always been an issue, saying its good right now is like saying eating shit is good for your health, there will always be problems, like for instance, tahm kench

Balance? That was lost around the first powercreep which was Juggernaut patch. The game is at it's literall worst incarnation. I'd rather play vs ALPHA Ryze than play this game.
