Which Hunter rune should I run on Ahri?

I'm debating here between Relentless Hunter and Ultimate Hunter. With Relentless, I'll be able to roam a lot quicker and have more map presence, while Ultimate gives more more ults and considering I'm running Sudden Impact, that'd synergize a lot better and give me more consistent Magic Penetration.

As secondary runes, I run Gathering Storm + Transcendence. Should I swap either for Celerity if I ditch Relentless and go for Ultimate? Thanks! <3 [sg-ahri-2]

Ultimate Hunter. You're basically getting as much uptime on your ulti as possible.

I say Ultimate Hunter because she relies on her ult too much.
