@Riot will Kennen be affected by the Marksmen Update?

As a marksman (pure dmg) he loses out on capitalizing on his lightning rush thing and his ultimate both of which require him putting himself in extreme danger of instantly dying to burst. He is viable in the laning phase only (in my opinion) but is worthless in teamfights. A tanky Kennen with some attack speed, or an AP bruiser (with a zhonyas) still best on him.
