And they intentionally made Phase Rush bad so no one else could attain the same speed as an ADC with Fleet Footwork.

I love the counterplay counter play to klepto, get hit by 1 GP Q now he has trinity.

I love the counter play to predetor, jungler activates boots becomes unescape able running machine and nukes me.

tfw when the adc dies because they got hit by a single cc ability.

I don't understand the hate for ADC on them being overpowered or easy to play. I play at a high gold level using fighters, tanks, and supports but as soon as I start playing an ADC I become a low bronze player. To me, ADC is by far the hardest role because if you make even the smallest mistake you will instantly die. When's the last time you saw an ADC 1v1 a tank, fighter, mage, or assassin of equal score? It almost never happens because ADC's are honestly trash without the help of their team.

Also, tfw when I'm playing support and I can easily 1v1 the enemy ADC at level 3.

Of course? You said it yourself. The reason you become low bronze when you play adc is because you dont play them often, and as such you have no experience. But generally speaking adc are not that difficult to play.

Lastly everyone will die instantly with the smallest mistake nowadays. The damage is way too high.

That's to be expected, supports are the ones that determine who wins lane (assuming their adc is not a total monkey).

isn't it basically the same with the other precision runes though? one you automatically take additional damage from not just the attacker's damage but from their entire team after 3 autos (including some bonus damage for funsies) and the other just gives a metric ton of attack speed and the removal of the attack speed cap after a short period of time just from damaging an enemy. These all seem to have relatively similar levels of counterplay. What's the counterplay to press the attack? don't get auto attacked 3 times cuz you're about to take 12% more damage, lethal tempo's counterplay is what? run away after they attack you so they can't auto attack you at mach 2? What's the counterplay to fleet footowork? kill them before they can sustain back up and reposition or kill them when it's not ready to be used. fleet footwork is just the more safe option for a marksman instead of the other damage options (which I'm thankful is being used because there's just so much damage in the game already) and none of these involve skill shots that can be dodged or high cooldowns that can be played around their windows of power.

actually, isn't the counterplay argument virtually the same with most other keystones? what's the counterplay vs glacial augment? don't get auto attacked or get hit by an active slow? build swifties? (generally a much less useful boot option in games tbh). what's the counterplay to aery? just don't take damage? don't let janna click e on the adc? what's the counterplay to phase rush? report them after game for trolling?

let's define and discuss what constitutes good counterplay in keystones for dps champions who are centered around attacks that cannot miss their target and work from there

No no no.

You're expecting a reasoned discussion?

This is an ADC hate thread, you will not find that here.

Isnt that the point percision only really competes with itself rather than competing with other rune trees

if marksmen didnt compete with me with their 4 crits before i can walk up to them i wouldnt spend half as much time on the boards as i do.
