As far as I understood the keyz are rng.. we all like rng stuff.. + the % drops as the month goes or something
Do we get 12 keyz fragments each month? thats what I dont know.
I got 5 till now aka i opened only 1 chest from 4.. playing last 3 dayz , a ton .. the rng god gave me 0.. So if we get 12 per month I will never open 2 or 3 chests ..
How many did u manage to open was the rng god merciful ?

Evewynn1 votesThe system tries to cater to players that play less regularly, which is admirable. But if someone only plays a couple times a week, and plays enough champs/premade enough to where he can get a chest every week, they will not have enough fragments to open the chests that they get.
I imagine there will be a small percentage of the player base that has a rising number of chests that they will never conceivably be able to open all of unless they purchase additional keys. Working as intended? Maybe. But i can't complain about free stuff too much.
