Teleport needs a rework, its too strong, some teams even take it on 2 champs now...

Step 1) Reduce Flash's cooldown and increase its range, but make it faceplant against walls.

Step 2) Allowing Ghost to pass through a wall ala Magical Journey once per cast.

Having both instant movement AND wall jumping on the same spell is the reason why Flash is so silly.

I like the Teleport plays. Make the game smore interesting. And they are always used offensive, not like flash the "bitch out" card.
