I can't jungle and I can't support.
Good at the other roles.
Ready for ranked?

I would atleast be able to play the positions. Even if youre not good at them, as long as you can play a mediocre jungle/support and not feed, then you are good to go
Nope. Learn to support. Don't worry, it's easy. Not as easy as ADC, but still easy.
No.
For those two roles specifically, there's a high chance you might get them due to people higher in the pick order taking priority. And, while people can be reasoned with, sometimes you just have those Champion Selects in which the higher pick orders just want to play top/mid/adc - while not even being impolite about it.
If you can fill the roles you are fine, don't have to particularly good at them.
Not 100% accurate as you can get to Challenger/Master playing only one champion. But people who do that usually are already at that level. And it doesn't mean they cannot play other champions/lanes.
To match the level of play you're in. You need to learn the game. Not just the lane/champion. This means expanding to other lanes. Again you can main a lane/champion. But players who get to higher ranks while doing that, probably still understand the overall game.
in short. You're ready for Bronze. You may get higher. But getting stuck with jungle/support is going to hold you back. And it will happen. If you are good at warding and closing games you'll get higher.
i disagree alot..
- Bronze - Understand 3 lanes(one must be support). Good/great for at least one of them
- Silver - Understand 4 lanes(Jungle and support must be two of them). Good/great for at least two of them.
- Gold - Understand all lanes. Good for at least three of them. Great at one. Must know how to ward from here on. Best to learn it earlier. But Bronze/Silver is much less punishing for poor warding.
- Plat - Understand all lanes. Good at all of them. Great at 3. Must become good at closing games.
- Diamond - Great at all lanes. Master of at least one.
- Challenger/Master - Great at all lanes. Master of at least three.

I'm plat. I can play all of the lanes in a pinch, but my top is horrendous and my jungle is subpar. This isn't a problem at all, just say so in chat: "Hey my jungle / top are not the best so I'd pref another role". Being civil about it usually means that people accommodate you. With that said, it is considered really rude to say you only play 1 role when you zone into champ select.
It's not a perfect list. But gives a general idea of what you should be aiming for.
Being in plat you probably have some clue how to close games and know how to ward. If so, you mostly fit the description.
Heck, I'd be aiming for Gold 5 when I start playing.
Assuming gold doesn't decay.
I can't jungle... I mean I can but I absolutely hate it.
Same. I "can" jungle too, and I've played support a few times, but experience wise, I rather play the other 3.
