@Riot/Meddler - What happened with those Syndra changes?

As a Syndra main, I was super stoked about the changes to her passive that y'all placed on PBE awhile back, but never went through with. Are they going to be brought out again, or are they completely scrapped and going to be eventually replaced with something new altogether?

if there was a passive change, what would it be? her current passive isnt that bad, it's actually pretty essential to her kit? what were your proposals?
