I feel like ROA should be in recommended item list for more champions.

the item is just so good. I rarely see it built. I build it on almost all my ap chaps now.

Some champs don't really need it, or in the case of AP tanks, can get it from other items. RoA is one of my favorite items to build on top lane Nautilus, and I can get the CDR I need from things like frozen heart and Sprit visage

ROA > ionians or ROA > morello if you really want 20%. if you go morello though, you'll want sorcs for extra damage imo.

I think ROA is awesome, but i cant help myself not building CDR, and building ROA+CDR delays your deathcap and void staff too much.

P.S. To be clear, i talk mostly about Ziggs and Xerath (+syndra) in my experience. Also remembered i build ROA+Athene on Anivia.

Well sure, RoA is an amazing Item, but I'm not sure - what champions are you pointing at? As far as I know RoA is in the recommended Item-Build for most Champions that dont need an Early powerspike or heavy CDR. ^^

Early oriented Champions will always get item 3165 item 3285 (5.6K) while the Mid/Late-Game Champs can delay their Spike and get item 3027 item 3089 (6.8K)

if you want a really really late game build but op item 3027 item 3003 item 3089 item 3157 + boots get you 800+ ap and make you really tanky but your early games is bad and your late game spike is around 45 min so isnt really realivent anymore BUT if possable its awesome i did this on liek oriana top lane where i can just farm all game then i come back with almost 4 k hp 800 ap I cant get bursted i do shitloads of dmg and i got zhonyas if they focus me too hard also this build is based off the manna really seince you get like 220+ap from archangls then deathcap so finish it off
