@Meddler: Would this be a good support ultimate?

Freesia, the Spirit Dancer

This would be for my high-mobility support Dancer Champion. It's a rough draft right now, so take it with a grain of salt.

Show-Stealer Salsa Dash/Blink to target enemy Champion and steal X% of the target's AD and AP for a limited time. Within the next few seconds, you can recast this ability to dash to target allied Champion and transfer the stolen stats to it for a short time; if you don't recast within the time window, the stats are lost.

All stat modifiers decay over their respective duration.

What would this contribute? Well, say your enemy has an out-of-control Jax or other high AD or AP Champion on the loose. If you're willing to take the risk, you can dash in, steal a huge chunk of that enemy's offensive stats, and give them to your carry. But you'll only have a short window of opportunity to complete the transfer; if your enemy can stop you from doing that, you'll probably die and not give your team an overwhelming advantage, just a moderate advantage. Given the risk involved, it'd be ripe for some big play moments.

Good ultimate for a support, or is it suited for another class?

So a pretty trundle? It would be cool if we had a singing or chanting champion that drew strength from actions nearby who made their team stronger the longer the chant went.

Slowly stealing a kind of stat from the enemy team based of a khazix style choice on the ult.

So your team fears yi the chant could be tuned to counter ad or atack speed.

Niche counter to 1 dimensional strats.

Trundle steals defensive stats and health; this steals offensive stats, AND doesn't deal damage. Different intended targets.

This would be meant to steal either from AD carries or AP carries. But against tanks/supports/etc., it'd be much less useful.

Anything for more cleavage in game.

Interesting concept (the trundle thing did come to mind here for me at first too, but you cleared it up with having them only steal offensive stats)

This one move sounds interesting but what would the rest of the abilities be?

Small advice:
Change the name of the Ult. Sounds way too much like Fiora and Jhin's and having something a little more original will probably get more support and acceptance to the idea.

Cleavage? Well, definitely, sex appeal is something a lot of female dancers would want to entrance their audiences. In Freesia's case, it'd also serve as an excellent way of distracting her foes.

You can see the rest of her kit in the link above the post. It's still a WIP, though.

And yeah, just realized that about the name. I'll need to think of something new. Got any ideas?

Thanks for pointing out the post. I read through it and first gotta say job well done on effort put into this concept!

Is her basic attack a ranged attack? Regarding her Q, the CD seems a little low, especially if it starts after the first cast. The ability itself also seems a little OP if it can damage, slow, interrupt all at once.
The E ability might get a little crazy since ADC's like Jhin gain movement speed off their attacks so if he were to crit a marked enemy, he would go faster than Jinx (which is one of her very unique traits)

Thematically, I like the background story and the dancing theme, but I smell strong nuances of Karma (movement speed, heals and stun) along with Janna (everything related to wind: Wind Waltz, Tempest Tango)

Maybe rethink some of those names too?

But for the ultimate, how about "Show Stealer" :)

"Show-Stealer Salsa"... I like that.

Yes, her basic attack is ranged, but only at 450 (like Morgana), so she's outranged by a lot of other supports.

The Q cooldown is a bit low, but remember that she's basically in range of virtually any other Champion when she's close enough for it to hit. Plus to get the second half, she has to hit a Champion (not minions or monsters), adding to the risk.

As for E making Jhin super fast? That's just one way the two could synergize. But remember that bonus MS is soft-capped, so it might not grant as much as you'd expect.

I like it. And it does have more counterplay that most would likely realize. The enemy team would want to give gold more evenly split between its different players in order to prevent this from turning a battle around by as much. And yet, it still has so much potential for big plays to be made with and against it. It seems like it has tons of good stuff and they should definitely add this champion.
