the only thing AP's really need, are amp tome only items

amp tome + amp tome = AP + damage based ramp ability

amp tome + amp tome = AP + different unique based ramp

and of course, make those items both combine into 2 separate items so i can basically buy 8 amp tomes whenever i want on any back and feel stronger.

(cough cough hack wheeze)

you would think + would be a think but its not.

long sword just has straight up more options than amp tome does.

(mages want damage ramp, not utility)
