imagine if she was weak or something, what could they possibly add to enhance her gameplay? think about stuff besides number buffs (like damage buffs, ratios w/e). what more could they add to that champion. literally nothing because they released the champion with everything imaginable.
usul12021 votesIncreased range, less stats for her upgrades to free up build patch, the ability to cancel her e, q having target priority or giving a stack of passive if enough missiles hit, there's plenty to add to her where her kit is currently limited.

ChompyWulf1 votesWell, it could be worse. She could have a global AoE ult, a skillshot that slows, traps that can also reveal fog of war, and a choice to either stack attack speed passively or deal AoE with her autos. That'd be a crazy amount of utility in an ADC.

It’s funny. Cause jinx isn’t even that strong until she has 6000 gold in items. XD And she has the worst cc in game.

And I'll never forget the bad feels of being low on HP after tanking and winning a 2v2 skirmish in mid just outside my base, juking to the side anticipating the respawned Jinx shooting her ult, just to have my teammate walk into the rocket and survive while the splash killed me. All the bad feels man. And while Jinx has some iffy cc, some champs have even less, and a really smart Jinx can chain CC well with a support. Her toolbox was and still is crazy compared to earlier adcs like Trist, Ashe, and Cait.
Pika Fox1 votesShe lacks on demand land traversing and a reliable skillshot. She also lacks range, which is an ADCs entire safety net. She also heavily relies on her upgrades, so if she gets behind getting back into the game is difficult.
NodirjonSattarov1 votesI'm sorry, but Ashe, Varus, Jinx, Jhin etc. also lack "on-demand land traversing". As for "reliable" skill shot, what does that even mean? Skill shot is dependent on the player, not the champion. If you're missing the skill shot then either you're not able to predict enemy movement or are too slow to react. As for range, she has 25 less range than most of the ADC roster. I'm not saying 25 is negligible but her Q has 600 range and her W has 3000 range (and is also a relatively fast projectile).
As for her upgrades, I do agree that they can set her behind but she's supposed to be a late game champion. She is supposed to suck early game.
Pika Fox1 votesCongratulations on moving the goal post. You asked what she doesnt have, i listed what she doesnt have. Just because other ADCs dont have them as well (because they have other massive boons in the form of CC or extra DPS) doesnt somehow make kaisa's lacking any better.

Kai’sa isn’t even that strong. She’s and immobile squishy who requires large amounts of 3 different stats to reach full power.

Pika Fox1 votesKogmaw literally has the highest range of all ADCs as well as the highest DPS potential to make up for having 0 mobility.

Also, you don't actually think access to high range compensates for his lack of mobility, do you? Kai'sa also has high DPS while being relatively mobile and agile (R dash, invis + MS boost etc.)
Pika Fox1 votesW is up 100% of the time by late game, when an ADC actually matters, and rageblade is irrelevant to his DPS. He has the highest DPS of all ADCs bar none even without it.
His range does compensate for his mobility. Range is the strongest single stat in the game.
Kaisa isnt mobile at all. Ult is conditional and requires you to go into essentially melee range, and her only on demand is a movespeed boost that also locks out her autos (without the AS boost, it would be a massive net loss in DPS)
