Her damage is ridiculous with her ult like 60% ability power and 40% addition ability power on top of 220 max plus ability power. In comparison, her ultimate is similar to Kassadin's. He dives champions, but without a full build and super low cooldowns, he can't just escape at level 6. Leblanc dives in, does too much damage and teleports out without too much risk.

His cooldown is low, once you build it low. All of his damage comes from his ult. His q,w,e all have almost no damage without being super late game and full build. His r allows him to port in, but without full build, he can't port out and even then it is a 3 second cool down and fights in league are shorter than that. Leblanc has damage all game long and has no risk factor, Has his porting skills and can near 1 hit people.

I said he dives champions, but after the dive he can't just escape at level 6 because he needs a fullt build and needs low cd only created by items, whereas leblanc can escape at level 6 and risk's nothing, while the rest of her kit still allows for more damage.
