agbudar1 voteswith a good on hit item teemo does very well in jungle you simply focus on placing shrooms in key locations very early in the game allowing for insane map/objective control. ganking is done as a secondary task but will most likely get you a kill double kill. teemo's early game damage is insane with it. also proccing all on hit effects twice with devourer an combine that with runaan's you get 6 proc's every other attack with an attack speed that's basically maxed out. thats your E nashors devourer itself and Bork proc

, etc, etc you will do quite well, but the disadvantage to taking 
is that it takes as least 20 minutes to stack and if your opponent counter jungles you then it will take even longer. Also this means you'll have less time for ganking other lanes and as a result provide a lot less map pressure. One thing Riot could do is remove the stack upon champion kill so that you would have to make a choice between either taking one of the other enchants or going farming.
3TWarrior1 votesactually, I think you should swap liandri's for hextech gunblade , with this setup, you can proc its active literally every 4 auto attacks(if you are facing champs, dang it)
it also provides the same amount of AP, bonus AD, bonus life steal and bonus spell vamp
so it would be up to preference, but lol, that's a lot of damage over time
