Request to RIOT: stats on 10min team scores

I would like to make a request to riot, for some data.

Please crunch your database, to extract numbers on the following:

Initial focal point: Teams that have given up 10 deaths by 10 minutes (and gotten almost nothing in return, such as 0-3 kills)

Specific data: Percentage of time those teams have managed to make a comeback. Ideally, broken up by region, and average ranked tier of team.

It would possibly be interesting to compare if there was a difference in percentage between ranked games, and normal games

My personal guess, is that the comeback rate is less than %5. possibly even smaller. If I'm right,then I think it justifies some gameplay discussion on this.

I'm also interested in how it varies by ranked tier.
