Zil Ideas update: why is a skillshot nerfed. I DO WISH for increase movement and aa spd

Why is a skillshot nerfed? Seems like if RIOT was going to drop it to a skill shot they would leave the ratio alone. Or I could even see if the first bomb stuck to a target the second one would auto to the same target. I feel a little like a blitz that missed his grab sometimes. I have played a few games with him now. He seems very situational. I do like his zoning utility now but, this updated kit is odd cause I build 1 cd item and i feel like I barely need my E.

I DO WISH double speeding an ally would increase movement and attack speed. E could be replace just by saying: Zilean can cast Q or E a second time after X time for double mana. This extra button seems like an extra step that could be streamlined. After all, he only has one damage ability on a skillshot. Don't complicate things needlessly. I get that it is Rewind. I would love another time based skill. "Temporal Paradox" to take the place of W.

Also... I rarely miss skillshots so I'm cool.
