Can we make QSS and Scimitar have the Zhonya's effect, but reduce the AD?

JS we have a Zhonya's for AP champs but what about AD? QSS is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the same thing as zhonyas. I know this would cause some abuse issues with AD casters but we could fix them. AD non-tanks NEED something like this so they can avoid being 100-0'ed focused in every teamfight.

So with QSS just make it like 10 MR and have the stasis for 1.25 seconds (90 second cooldown). With Scimitar stats could be +40 AD, +20 MR, and stasis for 2 seconds (120 second cooldown). Stasis duration is lower b/c AD champs can abuse it easily. As you can see the base stats aren't that good anyway; tanks could build a much more valuable item and they don't need the zhonya's because they can survive for a long time anyway. Thanks!
