Dodging at 0lp and Immnuity grace?

Hey guys, I just entered bronze 4 without earning ANY lp in the division. I lost 2 games so far and dodged champ select because no one enjoys master yi support :). Lets just say my immunity grace period was 3 games. Does this mean that 2 games and a dodge count as 3 games, so if I lose my next game, I demote? In other words, does dodging count as a loss for immunity grace period?
