I was going to play Devil's Advocate, but I couldn't think of a single weakness Thresh has.
Deinitiate should be disengage, idk where the more damage comes in twice, gap closer is the pull, and the stun as well. I agree he is too reliable but he does have a few downsides, however these hardly matter if you are maining Thresh and can make use of his kit. Or if you're just not that great but have a decent team.
