I like to play Skarner. Then Juggernaught got nerfed into Cinderhulk. No CDR. Less HP on its own. Now Cinderhulk has been nerfed, too. Making it even weaker. My buy order was 
, boots, 
, followed by either 
or 
. Now I can use and feel better about it.
Shyvana will also really enjoy this.
However, I honestly don't think 
needs the buff.
