Wards already heal you if you have lifesteal.

You can get it and spell vamp from utility mastery if you have a heavy utility mastery page, which most should have. And actually there is a great support item item 3050 that gives lifesteal so...

I think it could be good if it had an active like sweeper lens, and the passive gave a bit of health for every ward destroyed (kind of like relic shield cs'ing).

But by itself? You're better off buying Zeke's Herald, and barely anyone ever buys that.

If you buy that item then you wasted money that goes to other items.

Your wasting time not being able to finish any of these sooner: frozen heart /mikabels/FOTM/locket/tailsmans of ascension/righteous glory/twin shadows/ zz rot etc

Even if you buy it as a 6th item that sounds awful, you're better off getting a stronger item that what your thinking of. This item is way too specific to be actually useful most of the time, especially in solo Q.

Plus the active sweeper effective would allow snowballing enemy teams to be able to clear vision much more effectively

I like having building options, and something that's not a ward or trinket to deny vision would be cool, especially if it was a support item that gave something like 10% cdr or something useful.

it does sound like a neat idea, but not a useful one if you ask me.

It is always nice to see what people think of, this is a very imaginative idea.

Hm... what if this wardthirster passive was made like relic shield, but was applied to ruby sightstone.

It'd be more of a QoL buff than anything, but it'd be interesting. Boost gold for denying vision too.

I wouldn't mind it, especially if it had an active like sweeper lens to deny vision.

Theoretically, you could have that, the sightstone, and an upgraded green trinket that gives pink wards on recharge.
