Riot, is 2018 going to be the year for Kayle and Morgana?

Last year, I read a thread where you said that Kayle and Morgana will both be getting reworked but not soon. That was around 2016, and now 2018 is on it's way.

Is it safe to say that it's going to happen?

They both saw some LCS play though.

Before I would have predicted yes. But at the rate riot is working and ruining things I'd predict early 2019. Unless they magically surprise us with them being next in line but not listed on the "roadmap" so many people ask for.
